Whenever I go to Costco, I pick up shishito peppers. In Korea, we eat stir-fried shishito peppers with soy sauce as a side dish (called Ban Chan). Sometimes we add dried anchovies or fish cakes., but today I added fish cakes to this recipe.
*** Directions
- Rince Shishito peppers & cut them into bite-size
- Add 4 cups of shishito peppers to the frying pan
- Drizzle some oil & stir fry
- Add 1TBSP & a half of soy sauce
- Mix & cover the lid
- Cook on low heat for about 5 min.
- Add ¼ Cup water
- Add 2 cups of fish cake & stir fry for about 3min.
- Drizzle sesame oil
- Serve it with rice
