Just eating fried rice is boring. We need fresh crunchy vegetables for side dish.

We usually eat fried rice with kimchi, but no kimchi today:( So let’s make quick Korean cucumber salad for substitute!

Whenever I have leftover meat, I make fried rice- actually mixed rice because I do not add oil and I just mix them with hot steamed basmati rice.

** 5 Tips for the fried rice

1. Use hot steamed basmati rice(not cold) so easy to mix and fluffy!

2. No meat? Use scrambled eggs or ham or sausage!

3. Use fish sauce- taste better than salt or soy sauce -many recipes use oyster sauce but there’s MSG in it.

4. Use roasted seaweed flakes for garnish

5. Need more protein ๐Ÿ’ช ? Add avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘
